Reno, Nevada Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: A $2.95 Million Jackpine Lane Sale Leads the Week, With Three Closings in Incline Village

Built in 1979 across three levels, the Jackpine Lane property stands on a 0.42-acre parcel whose rear boundary is Nevada state land, and it went under contract 17 days after the current listing date. It headed five reported closings in the Reno metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that came to $13.28 million.

Incline Village accounted for three of the week’s reported closings. The other two were in Reno: a newly completed villa at Rancharrah in the Meadowood area, and a heavily renovated house in Newlands Manor. The oldest of the five went up in 1946, and the newest was finished this year.

Three of the four bedrooms are en suite, and the primary suite adds a steam shower, a whirlpool tub, two walk-in closets and a Bosch washer and dryer.
