All five sales were recorded in Reno, several in the southern part of the city below Mount Rose. Dickson Realty – Caughlin held the listing on two of the week’s reported closings.

A 2002 house in the Saddlehorn community closed on August 7, 2026 for $2,250,000, the highest reported price in the metro that week.
