A renovated four-bedroom house on nearly an acre in Reno’s Saddlehorn community sold for $2.25 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Reno, Nevada metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. The week’s five leading closings combined for $9.60 million in Reno-area real estate.

All five sales were recorded in Reno, several in the southern part of the city below Mount Rose. Dickson Realty – Caughlin held the listing on two of the week’s reported closings.
