Seventy-six feet of level Conesus Lake frontage, ending in a walk-in shale beach, came with the house at 5410 E Lake Rd, the top sale on the week’s Rochester list. Five reported home sales across the Rochester, New York metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026 accounted for $4.77 million.

The list reaches Conesus, Ontario, Pittsford, Hilton and Livonia, one sale in each. Water figures in several of them: lake frontage in Conesus, a waterfront house in Ontario and a lake-view property a minute from the boat launch in Livonia. The Pittsford and Hilton sales turned on land instead, two wooded acres in one case and approximately 40 acres in the other, and the houses behind the group were built as far apart as 1910 and 2025.
