Seattle, Washington Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Clyde Hill Estate Sells for $9 Million

A 2021 Clyde Hill estate sold for $9 million, first among the Seattle metro area's highest-priced reported home sales for the week ending September 20, 2026.

Seattle, Washington Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Clyde Hill Estate Sells for $9 Million

Adam Leland Homes built the gated contemporary house at 9345 NE 19th Street in collaboration with McCullough Architects, siting it in Clyde Hill to hold protected southwest views across Lake Washington toward the Seattle skyline. Its $9 million sale was the largest of five home sales publicly reported in the Seattle metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that came to $24.42 million.

Water runs through much of the list. The Clyde Hill leader looks out over Lake Washington, a house on the south shore of Lake Sammamish in Issaquah sold with its own dock, and a Gig Harbor estate carries 282 feet of shoreline on nearly seven acres. Bellevue supplied a second closing, this one a short walk from its downtown restaurants and shops, and the week’s fifth sale was a 1948 house in Seattle’s Windermere neighborhood.

Listing materials identify Adam Leland Homes as the builder and McCullough Architects as the architect. The design pairs a modern silhouette with walls of glass and high ceilings, and retractable glass panels open the great room onto patios and outdoor gathering space. In the kitchen, rift white oak cabinetry meets Meta Marble Gioia quartzite slabs, Sub-Zero refrigeration, a Miele dual-fuel range, a steam oven and custom built-ins, with a caterer’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room and a wet bar alongside.

The primary suite includes a fireplace, a sauna, a deep soaking tub and a large walk-in closet, and the additional bedrooms are en suite. Elsewhere the house holds a golf simulator, a media lounge and a gym, and it is equipped with solar panels, a whole-house generator and automated blinds. The back yard is arranged around a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a firepit lounge and landscaped grounds, a short drive from downtown Bellevue.

The $9,000,000 closing put Bob Bennion and Jerad L. Foster of Compass at the listing side of the highest-priced transaction RealtyWire recorded in the Seattle metro area that week. Compass represented the listing side of two of this week’s five highest-priced reported sales. Ihor Pechkovskyi of Windermere Bellevue Commons represented the buyer.
