A Lake Washington waterfront home in Medina sold for $22.8 million, the highest-priced residential sale publicly reported in the Seattle, Washington metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The week’s five highest-priced reported sales came to $46.79 million combined.

The five sales are spread across Medina, Magnolia in Seattle, Bridle Trails in Bellevue, West Of Market in Kirkland and Mid Island on Mercer Island. The top two are waterfront properties, and the Bellevue and Mercer Island houses were both completed in 2026. Windermere Real Estate/East was the listing brokerage on both the No. 3 and No. 4 closings.
