These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Toledo metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together they came to $3.03 million. Three of the homes are in Lucas County, one is in Wood County and one is in Fulton County.
The group spans nearly a century of building, from a home completed in 1926 to one finished in 2017. Two of the sales are in Ottawa Hills, and the rest are spread across a wooded cul-de-sac in Maumee and open country outside Pemberville and Swanton.
No. 1 — $700,000 · 3537 Brookside Rd, Toledo, Ohio

The oldest home on this week’s list is also its largest. Built in 1926 at 3537 Brookside Road in the Village of Ottawa Hills, the stucco home is Mediterranean Revival in style and sits on a wooded 0.35-acre lot with a ravine, approached by a circular driveway. It sold for $700,000.
The entry rises two stories, and its floor is still laid with the original Spanish tile, with a curved staircase leading up from it. The kitchen and adjoining breakfast room were renovated, gaining quartz counters, a double oven and a gas cooktop under a hood. In the family room, the ceilings reach 12 feet, shelving is built in near a wood-burning fireplace, and four pairs of leaded-glass French doors lead out to the back.
Beyond those doors is a covered rear porch, which gives onto a custom stone patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar and a fire pit. The in-ground pool is heated and was recently redone with a saltwater system. Inside, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half, across 4,360 square feet, along with an office wired for surround sound, a carpeted theater room and a mudroom with six lockers off the attached 2.5-car garage. The primary suite has an updated bathroom and a walk-in closet. The home is across the street from a walking path to the schools and parks. The property last sold for $645,000 in 2021.
