Two of the week’s leading sales were recorded in Jamesville and two in Manlius, with the remaining closing in Camillus. The Windsbury Hills, Boulder Heights and Crane Brook Condo communities each appear on the list, build years run from 1993 to 2020, and each house carries at least four bedrooms.

A four-acre cul-de-sac parcel in the Windsbury Hills community produced the metro area’s highest reported home sale of the week. The 1993 house at 7603 Windsbury Cir in Manlius closed on August 3, 2026 for $1,090,000, and carries four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a reported 4,620 square feet in the Fayetteville-Manlius school district.
A two-story great room is fronted by floor-to-ceiling windows, and a separate front living room carries a cathedral ceiling and a propane gas fireplace. A first-floor office fitted with custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace opens directly to the primary suite, which holds a jetted tub, a walk-in closet and a bay window.
