A custom-built estate on 6.5 acres in Evans sold for $1.45 million to lead home sales in the Augusta, Georgia metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. The five leading closings RealtyWire tracked across the metro that week combined for $5.64 million in Augusta-area real estate.

Evans accounted for three of the week’s closings, with the others recorded in North Augusta, South Carolina, and Martinez, Georgia.
