The Atlantic shoreline set the tone in St. Johns County – St. Augustine & Ponte Vedra, Florida for the week ending November 1, 2026. Three of the five highest-priced home sales reported for the week were oceanfront homes, two of them along Ponte Vedra Boulevard and one in Biera Mar.
The group spans seven decades, from a single-story home built in 1956 to one completed this year, and three of the five are in Ponte Vedra Beach. Together the five sales came to $23.17 million.
No. 1 — $10,800,000 · 901 Ponte Vedra Boulevard, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida
The top sale of the week was a gated oceanfront estate on Ponte Vedra Boulevard that sold for $10,800,000. The property covers 1.61 acres with about 200 feet of frontage directly on the ocean, and the Traditional-style home on it dates to 2014, the year of an extensive reconstruction.
At 6,911 square feet, it is the largest home in this Top 5, and its six bedrooms are also the most of the group. Three of those bedrooms are suites facing the ocean. The home has seven bathrooms, two stories, two fireplaces and a three-car garage, along with a private elevator and a wine cellar.
The rooms facing the water are built on a large scale. Both the dining room and the living room rise two stories, with ocean views through the dining room, and the kitchen opens straight onto it. Wood beams run across the ceilings, the floors are travertine and hardwood, and the doors are solid wood. A whole-home generator, Lutron lighting with automated shades and a Sonos audio system are built in.

The oldest home in this Top 5, built in 1956, sold for $5,562,000, the second-highest price of the week. The single-story home in Ponte Vedra Beach sits on 0.73 acres with frontage on a lagoon and views of a golf course.

No. 3 — $2,480,000 · 5042 Atlantic Vw, Saint Augustine, Florida
In Biera Mar, a two-story home sitting directly on the ocean sold for $2,480,000. Built in 1990, it has 4,576 square feet, five bedrooms and four bathrooms on a 7,405-square-foot lot, the smallest in the group.
