Top home sale No. 1 in Southern Coastal Georgia β€” 134 Bryce Ryan Cir, Kingsland, Georgia, week ending November 1, 2026

A creek-side home in the Fiddlers Cove neighborhood of Kingsland sold for $910,000, the highest price of the week. The listing describes it as the builder’s own home, and its construction reflects that: the exterior combines block, brick, concrete and tabby, the coastal building material of shell and lime.

Built in 2005, the three-story home has 5,034 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this group, along with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, also the most of the five. A rear staircase, high and tray ceilings, a wet bar and a fireplace fill out the interior, where hardwood, tile and carpet cover the floors. The primary bath has a soaking tub, a separate shower and a double vanity.

The 0.54-acre lot sits on tidal water with river views. A seawall lines the shore, and the dock has a floating section and a boat float. The property also has a pool, a fenced backyard, a screened porch and an attached garage. The property last sold for $109,000 in 2005.

No. 5 — $549,900 · 311 Bateau Dr, Saint Marys, Georgia

Top home sale No. 5 in Southern Coastal Georgia β€” 311 Bateau Dr, Saint Marys, Georgia, week ending November 1, 2026

The one-story home stands on a sloped 0.37-acre lot on a tidal creek, with views of the marsh and the water. The property has dock rights, though no dock has been built. A covered front porch, a covered rear lanai and an open patio give it three places to sit outside.
