The five highest-priced home sales reported in South Jersey Shore (New Jersey) for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $25.22 million. Each sale was in a different town: Stone Harbor, Cape May, Sea Isle City, Avalon and Wildwood Crest, all of them in Cape May County.
Three of the five are single-family homes and two are townhouses. Their ages span a full century, and one of them was finished this year.
No. 1 — $9,815,500 · 11501 Paradise Dr, Stone Harbor, New Jersey
The week’s top sale is on Paradise Bay at the south end of Stone Harbor, next to the Stone Harbor Bird Sanctuary. From the bayfront home, the view runs west and southwest across the bay and the wetlands. It sold for $9,815,500.
Built in 2020, the two-story home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms on a 7,905-square-foot lot. The main floor is centered on a great room with high ceilings, open to a kitchen with a large island and premium appliances. Floors are wood and tile, and the home also has a gas fireplace and a bar.
The home has outdoor decks on several levels. The rear yard is oversized, and the property has an in-ground pool, a patio, an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower. The waterfront is bulkheaded, with a dock and boat slips, and the ocean beaches of Stone Harbor are a short walk away. The property last sold in 2020 for $4.85 million.
