It has automatic shades and heaters. The three-story home, built in 2018 by builder Titan and Co., sold for $5,800,000.

The top floor is the center of the home: a kitchen with an oversized quartz island, a Wolf six-burner range, Sub-Zero refrigeration and a wet bar with a wine refrigerator, set between two separate living areas. A gas fireplace on that floor is framed in floor-to-ceiling chevron tile. From most rooms on the upper two floors of this home in the south Sand Section of Manhattan Beach, the view runs along the white water of the ocean from Palos Verdes Estates to Point Dume, with Catalina in sight. It sold for $5,620,000. Built in 1998 on a sunny corner lot that faces southwest, the three-story home is the smallest of the five, with 2,170 square feet on a 1,663-square-foot lot.

The kitchen has granite and stainless steel appliances, and a dumbwaiter serves the home.
