These were the highest-priced home sales reported in Sioux Falls & Sioux Empire, South Dakota for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $4.24 million. Three of the five homes are in Sioux Falls, with one each in Baltic and Brandon.
Prices ran from $629,900 to $1.4 million, and the two sales in the middle of the list closed at exactly the same price. Between them, the five cover a lot of ground: a home finished this year, one built in 2001, a quarter-acre lot in town and seven acres in the country.
No. 1 — $1,400,000 · 6108 N Silver Cross Dr, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

The week’s top sale is also the newest home in the group, a custom ranch in Sioux Falls built in 2026 by Atlas Companies. It sold for $1,400,000.
The home is built slab-on-grade with radiant heat in the floors throughout, and stonework and strong rooflines define the exterior. Inside, the living room rises to a 16-foot vaulted ceiling around a double-sided gas fireplace, and the kitchen is organized around a 12-foot island. All four bedrooms are on the main level, among them a primary suite with two closets. The 3,603 square feet also include a formal dining room, an oversized movie room, main-floor laundry, and two full and two half baths.
Much of the living happens outdoors. At the front, a courtyard has its own gas fireplace and a water feature. Behind the home, a large covered patio has screens and a built-in outdoor kitchen, and professional landscaping covers the 0.39-acre lot. The four-car garage has more than 1,400 square feet of space, and the home also has a dedicated 18-by-10-foot storage area and a concrete safe room.
The home went under contract the day it was listed and sold at its full asking price. April D McCormick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Midwest Realty – Sioux Falls was on both sides of the sale, as the listing agent and as the buyer’s agent.
