Water runs through much of this week’s list in Seattle-Eastside, Washington. These are the five highest-priced home sales reported for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $25.375 million. All five are in King County: three single-family homes and two condominiums, spread across Sammamish, Bellevue, Kirkland and Seattle.
Sammamish accounts for two of the sales, which together total $10.375 million. The group runs from a home finished in 2024 to one first built in 1960, and from a 2,241-square-foot condominium to a 6,110-square-foot home on a private lake.
No. 1 — $5,700,000 · 247 E Lake Sammamish Parkway SE, Sammamish, Washington

A one-story home on the shore of Lake Sammamish sold for $5,700,000, the top price of the week. Built in 1960, the home was completely rebuilt in 2024, and it sits on 0.53 acres with 101 feet of low-bank frontage on the lake. A new dock with three boat lifts reaches out from the shoreline.
The home has three bedrooms, all on the main level, four bathrooms and 2,290 square feet. Vaulted ceilings rise over the kitchen, which has quartzite counters, a center island and a built-in butler’s pantry, along with a wet bar and a wine refrigerator. In the primary suite, the bathroom has heated floors and a heated towel bar and looks out at the lake, and the suite also has a walk-in closet. The other bathrooms have heated floors as well, and a Crestron system runs the lights, blinds and television.
