The top sale of the week was a Mission Revival home in Seattle’s Broadmoor neighborhood, set on 0.53 acres along the eighth fairway, with views of the golf course. Guests arrive through a courtyard. The living room has a gas fireplace, and both it and the formal dining room open through French doors to the grounds. The kitchen has marble counters and high-end appliances, and its breakfast area leads out to a covered, arcaded porch. Upstairs, bedrooms have their own baths and access to balconies.
