The two-bedroom residence at 501 Lakeshore Blvd #15 changed hands on September 11, heading a week in which the five highest-priced home sales reported across the Sacramento metro area totaled $15.65 million.

Beyond Tahoe City, the week’s list reaches Olympic Valley, El Dorado Hills and Carnelian Bay. A mountain-modern home completed in 2024 in Olympic Valley sold for $3,250,000; a four-bedroom house on Big Pine Drive in Tahoe City and a Wichert Homes residence in El Dorado Hills’ Serrano community each brought $3,000,000; and a 2020 custom home in Carnelian Bay completed the week at $2,600,000.
