The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Roseville–Auburn Area, California for the week ending November 1, 2026 added up to $15.525 million. Mountain homes dominated the week: four of the five sales were in Truckee, and the fifth was in Granite Bay.
The Truckee homes cover a wide span of mountain living, from a home completed this year on a golf course to a log cabin from 1990, with a ski-village residence in between. Granite Bay contributed the one estate of the group, a Mediterranean home on landscaped grounds.
No. 1 — $4,650,000 · 9337 Heartwood Dr, Truckee, California

At Schaffer’s Mill in the Martis Valley, the newly built home at 9337 Heartwood Dr sold for $4,650,000. It sits on the golf course above the second fairway, and its outlook runs down the course to a pond on the sixth hole.
Architect Donald Joseph designed the modern mountain home, and DMP/Olivas built it. Walls of glass and tall ceilings open the main rooms to the fairway. A great room leads into a kitchen with custom cabinetry, and gas fireplaces warm the living room, the family room and the primary bedroom. Downstairs, a media lounge with its own bar steps out to a covered patio wired in advance for a hot tub and outdoor televisions.
The home was completed in 2026 and has five bedrooms, one of them a flex room that can work as an office or a gym, along with five bathrooms (four full and one half) and 4,266 square feet on two stories. It stands on 0.40 acres with a deck and a two-car garage sized to fit a golf cart as well. Schaffer’s Mill is a gated community with a clubhouse, dining, a fitness center and miles of trails, and its golf is now managed by Troon Privé. The property last sold for $730,000 in 2023, before the current house was built.

Behind the 24-hour guarded gates of Los Lagos Estates in Granite Bay, the Mediterranean home at 9680 Los Lagos Cir N sold for $2,750,000. Built in 2004, it has 7,583 square feet, the most living space of the five homes, on two stories, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms on a level 0.64-acre lot.
Arrival is through a private front courtyard with its own fireplace, and the executive office opens onto it. The primary suite is on the main level, with a sitting area, a wet bar, two large walk-in closets and a bath designed like a spa; a vanity or fitness room beside it connects to the office through a concealed door. A wine room is kept at a controlled temperature. Upstairs are a home theater and a game room that opens to a balcony.
Out back, a pool and spa sit beside an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace, among citrus and fig trees, magnolias and hydrangeas. Along with a four-car garage, the property has a private side gate that opens to parking for an RV or a boat. Residence 302 in Great Bear, at 5001 Northstar Dr APT 302 in The Village at Northstar, sold for $2,425,000. A private elevator opens directly into the residence. Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas share one open space with large windows facing the slopes, a stone gas fireplace in the living room and a kitchen fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. No. 5 — $1,900,000 · 11540 Stillwater Ct, Truckee, California

The Bavarian-style log cabin at 11540 Stillwater Ct sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Truckee’s Martiswood Estates, and it sold for $1,900,000. The property last sold for $298,000 in 1996, and one family has looked after the home for more than 30 years.
The setting is much of its appeal. The 0.92-acre lot backs to a large tract of land, and across the street is national forest land threaded by the Sawtooth Trail network, used for mountain biking, hiking and running. Around the cabin are lawns, landscaped grounds, a fire pit, a hot tub and a detached shed that doubles as an artist’s loft.
Inside the two-story home, built in 1990, the great room rises to a vaulted ceiling, and the fourth bedroom is a loft that looks over it. A woodstove heats the living room, while the family room has a fireplace and opens straight to the yard. There is a formal dining room, and decks wrap the outside of the home. The cabin has 3,334 square feet, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a sauna, a workshop and a three-car garage with room for mountain gear.
Tallentyre S Fletcher of Tahoe Mountain Realty was the listing agent, the second Top 5 listing of the week for the brokerage, and Murat Gocmen of Real Estate Tahoe represented the buyer.
