These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Roseville–Auburn Area, California for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $9.14 million. Each of the five was in a different city, Meadow Vista, Roseville, Truckee, Lincoln and Granite Bay, and all of them are in Placer County.
All five are single-family homes, and one of them is new construction. The rest range from a home built in the late 1970s to two finished in the mid-2000s, on lots that run from about a quarter acre to three acres.
No. 1 — $2,350,000 · 2960 Volley Cir, Meadow Vista, California

The top sale of the week was a home on Lake Combie in Meadow Vista, which sold for $2,350,000. The property has 155 feet of lake frontage and its own dock, set inside the lake’s five-mile-per-hour zone, where the water is calm. It also has access to a shared, deeded launch ramp.
The Spanish-style home was built in 1978 and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,481 square feet, the most living space among the week’s five sales. The main level follows a split plan. The large primary suite is at one end, with a bathroom that has double vanities and two separate walk-in closets, and two guest bedrooms and a full bath are at the other. There are separate living and family rooms, a dining room and a kitchen with double ovens, glass cabinetry and a built-in refrigerator. The finishes include vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, wood-clad windows and solid alder doors, and the home has two fireplaces. From the main level, a broad hardwood deck looks out over the lake.
Downstairs are a fourth bedroom, a full bath and a second living area, set up as a separate suite with a private entrance from the pool deck and a walkway up to its own parking pad. A storage area runs nearly the full length of the home on that level, and the in-ground pool, which has its own patio, is just off it. The 0.92-acre lot is terraced and landscaped, with a circular driveway, parking for guests, boats and toys, and RV parking with 30-amp service and water. An extension of the driveway goes all the way down to the shoreline, and a redwood staircase leads to a level yard, a beach area and the dock. The property last sold for $1.175 million in 2015.
Shannon Allio of Wesely & Associates was the listing agent for the week’s top sale, and Alexis Venema of Keller Williams Tri-Valley represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $2,100,000 · 8361 Eva Ln, Roseville, California

The second-ranked sale, at $2,100,000, was a three-acre property on a cul-de-sac in Riolo Estates in Roseville, and its flat acreage is the largest lot in this week’s group. The land is used to the fullest: beyond the main home there are a large shop, a metal building for vehicles and equipment, a pool house, a greenhouse, a gazebo and about two acres at the rear that are fenced and gated for animals, with a chicken coop.
The main home, built in 2005, has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and 3,474 square feet. Inside are vaulted ceilings, smooth walls, custom cabinetry and a large game room. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds include broad lawns, several outdoor living areas and a saltwater pool of about 1,000 square feet with a beach entry, a PebbleTec finish, two waterfalls and a depth of about nine feet, along with an above-ground spa.
The shop, roughly 40 by 60 feet, is finished, insulated and heated, with 200-amp service, three roll-up doors, a bath and laundry room and a four-post lift. A covered carport of 28 by 40 feet with a two-post lift adjoins it, and an indoor gun range of about 14 by 60 feet is above it. The shop also has an accessory dwelling unit with a full kitchen, a full bath, custom cabinetry and two covered patios with a barbecue island. The separate metal building measures 32 by 80 feet and has insulated walls and ceiling. In all, the property has garage space for 15 vehicles, the most of the five. It also has owned solar panels, a generator and a private well. The property last sold for $300,000 in 2004, before the current house was built.
