The five closings combined for $3.26 million and span Tremont, Pekin, Dunlap and Peoria. Build years run from 1934 to 2010, and the group ranges from a country property with a vineyard, pasture and pole barn to custom houses in established Dunlap and Peoria subdivisions.

No. 1 — $755,000 · 701 E Pearl St, Tremont, Illinois
