The five highest-priced home sales reported in Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $14.76 million. Three were single-family homes and two were condominiums, and four of the five were in Sarasota County, with the fifth in Manatee County.
Longboat Key accounted for two of the sales, which closed at the same price. The others were in Nokomis, Bradenton and Sarasota. The list ran from a home built in 1950 to a condominium completed in 2003, and from a seven-bedroom home on the water in West Bradenton to a three-bedroom residence of under 1,200 square feet.
No. 1 — $3,425,000 · 1604 Casey Key Road, Nokomis, Florida

The top sale of the week was a vintage beach cottage on Casey Key, the barrier island off Nokomis, where the property reaches from the Gulf of Mexico across to Blackburn Bay. It sold for $3,425,000, and it sold furnished.
