These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in North Fulton, Georgia for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $11.05 million. Milton had two of the five, and Roswell, Sandy Springs and Alpharetta had one each.
Four of the sales were single-family homes and one was a townhome. The group ranges from a home built in 1999 to one built in 2022, and from a townhome in a walkable downtown to homes on lots of more than an acre.
No. 1 — $2,400,000 · 130 Von Lake Dr, Milton, Georgia
The week’s top sale came in Milton, where a Loudermilk custom home built in 2021 sold for $2,400,000. The property sits behind its own gate on a level, private lot of 1.02 acres on a cul-de-sac, and its grounds were landscaped by Scottsdale Farms.
Large windows bring light into an open plan with hardwood floors. The kitchen is built around an oversized island, with a Wolf range, an Asko dishwasher and a 72-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a custom barn door adds a detail of its own. The primary suite is on the main level, and its bath has a soaking tub, two vanities and an oversized glass shower. The home has five bedrooms, three of them on the main level, along with six bathrooms (five full and one half), two fireplaces and 6,504 square feet of living space. The home also has a full, finished daylight basement with a bath and its own outside entrance.
Out back, a screened porch looks over the yard, where a saltwater pool with a sun shelf is surrounded by stone terraces. Behind the walls, the home has a Kohler whole-house generator, whole-house water filtration and Control4 sound throughout. The property last sold for $1.58 million in 2021.

No. 2 — $2,347,500 · 11860 Chaffin Rd, Roswell, Georgia
Roswell’s Brookfield Country Club area produced the week’s second sale, a modern farmhouse that sold for $2,347,500. Built in 2022, it is the newest of the five homes. It stands on 1.34 fenced acres of level pasture, with board-and-batten detailing, black-framed windows and metal roof accents on the outside and an electric gate at the entry. There is no homeowners association, and membership in Brookfield Country Club, with golf, tennis, a pool and a fitness center, is optional. The property also connects to Roswell’s golf cart path network, so a street-legal cart can reach Downtown Roswell.
The main level steps straight out to a flat backyard with no stairs between them. Inside, a vaulted family room with a fireplace opens to the dining area, the kitchen and a large covered porch that has a fireplace of its own and a stained wood ceiling. The kitchen has an oversized quartz island, a pot filler, two dishwashers and full-column wine refrigeration, along with a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. Wide-plank hardwood runs underfoot, and Lutron lighting and motorized shades are part of a full smart-home system.
The owner’s suite is on the main level, with a vaulted ceiling and a bath that has a soaking tub and a multi-head shower. An office is also on that floor. The only townhome in this Top 5 is an end unit in Fourteen Park Place in downtown Alpharetta, and it sold for $2,079,000. Designed by Harrison Designs and built in 2021, it has brick on the front, an elevator that serves every level and a private front courtyard. The Alpha Loop path, Avalon and Brooke Street Park are nearby, and a seasonal farmers market and outdoor concerts take place close to home.
On the main level, 10-foot ceilings and wide-plank hardwood floors set the tone. The living room is centered on a fireplace with shiplap and a floating mantel, and side windows look out on trees. The kitchen opens to a breakfast room and has a six-burner Wolf range, a 48-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, an oversized island and a walk-in pantry, with a back deck just outside.

No. 5 — $2,000,000 · 55 Providence Plantation Dr, Milton, Georgia
The week’s fifth sale was also the largest home of the group. On 1.89 private acres in Box Tree Manor in Milton, the home sold for $2,000,000. Built in 2013, it has brick on three sides and Craftsman and traditional styling, along with seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (six full and one half) and 9,467 square feet on three stories, the most bedrooms and the most living space of the five, on the largest lot.
An elevator links all three levels. The main level has both the primary suite and a private guest suite, and the kitchen, with a pot filler and side-by-side Electrolux refrigerator and freezer, opens to a vaulted family room with cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace. Upstairs are more bedrooms and a family room, and there is a laundry room on each of those two floors.
The finished terrace level is given over to recreation, with a theater, a game room, a fitness studio, a sauna and a wet bar, as well as a bedroom and a full bath. Outside, a heated saltwater PebbleTec pool and spa sit off wraparound covered decks, and a covered front porch faces landscaped grounds. The property last sold for $1.85 million in 2025.
