New Haven, Connecticut Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Cheshire Village Colonial Leads at $1.73 Million

The house at 9 Melrose Drive #6 was completed in 2023 and closed $132,621 above its final asking price of $1,600,000. The week’s five reported sales combined for $7.27 million and stretched from Cheshire down to the Madison shoreline, with closings in Bethany and Branford in between.

Kirsten Adams of William Pitt Sotheby’s Int’l was the listing agent on the metro’s No. 2 and No. 4 closings, both of them in Madison. William Raveis Real Estate held the listing side on the No. 1 sale in Cheshire and on the No. 5 sale in Branford.
