A 1964 house on Bracketts Point Road and a 2024 build in Wayzata Heights took the top two spots among five reported home sales in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026. Both are in Wayzata, and the five closings combined for $24.22 million.

Two of the week’s properties carry water frontage: 220 feet of Lake Minnetonka shoreline in Wayzata Heights and private sandy beach on the St. Croix River in Hudson, Wisconsin, the only closing in the group outside Minnesota. Long Lake and Prior Lake account for the remaining two, and three of the houses were completed in 2020 or later.
