The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Memphis metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, reached a combined $5.115 million. The list stretches from the pastures of Fayette County to established Shelby County neighborhoods, with Memphis accounting for two of the sales and Moscow, Collierville and Piperton one each.
All five are single-family homes, and they cover nearly four decades of building. The oldest dates to 1985 and the newest to 2022, and the group runs from a working country property to a sprawling one-story home with more than 8,800 square feet.
No. 1 — $1,695,000 · 3490 Yager Dr, Moscow, Tennessee

Wonderhorse Farm, at 3490 Yager Drive in Moscow, sold for $1,695,000, the highest price of the week. The Fayette County property lies about two miles south of the Highway 57 corridor, and its brick home sits on a hilltop ringed by oak trees, looking out over open pasture.
