These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Lynchburg Area, Virginia for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $3.06 million. Prices ran from $482,900 to $735,000, and the five sales were spread across Monroe, Gladys, Amherst, Lynchburg and Evington, with two in Amherst County, two in Campbell County and one in the city of Lynchburg.
Open land runs through much of the list. Three of the five homes sit on more than 16 acres, and the group ranges from a home built in the 1820s to one finished in the past decade, with a two-story with a pool in Lynchburg in between.

The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,453 square feet, with board-and-batten siding and brick on the outside.
