Four of the five homes are in Lake County, with two in Painesville, and one is in Ashtabula County. The list spans more than two centuries of building, from a Colonial completed in 1805 to one finished in 2025.
Three of the five sales had the same agent on both sides, and the lone condominium on the list placed fourth.
No. 1 — $902,000 · 9445 Metcalf Rd, Waite Hill, Ohio
The oldest home on the list sold for $902,000. Built in 1805, the two-story Colonial on Metcalf Road in Waite Hill sits on 12.93 acres, land that comes with a barn, sheds and a poultry coop, along with a fire pit and extra parking.
Inside, the home is modest in size, with two bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath across 1,237 square feet. A wood-burning stove supplies its fireplace, and a full unfinished basement lies below. The property last sold for $785,800 in 2025.
