These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Lower Columbia, Washington for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $3.98 million. All five are single-family homes in Cowlitz County: two in Longview and one each in Woodland, Kelso and Kalama.
The group runs from a home built in 1993 to one built this year, and from one-story homes on two acres to a two-story home with nearly 4,000 square feet. Room for vehicles, hobbies and work comes up again and again, from RV parking and a boat garage to a welding circuit and an office with its own entrance.
No. 1 — $846,950 · 3558 Chinook Street, Longview, Washington

The top sale of the week was a custom two-story home on a cul-de-sac in the Pacific Way neighborhood of Longview, which sold for $846,950. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,992 square feet, the most living space of the five, on a lot of 1.09 acres that borders green space.
The primary bedroom is on the main level, with a large walk-in closet and a bath with a jetted tub. Ceilings are high on both floors. A formal dining room and an office sit alongside a living room and a family room with a gas fireplace, and the kitchen has granite counters, an island, a pantry, a butler’s bar and an eating area. Downstairs, a second living or family room has its own fireplace and a wet bar, and there is a large storage room. The listing suggests the layout could work for several generations under one roof.
Outside, the landscaped grounds have a water feature, a fenced garden area with raised beds, a deck and a patio, with RV parking as well. The home is a few minutes from downtown Longview and close to a golf course and country club. The property last sold for $639,900 in 2019.
