A five-bedroom house overlooking a golf course in the Essex Court community of Lititz sold for $1.95 million, the highest-priced home sale reported in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. Together the week’s five closings came to $6.10 million.

The list runs from Essex Court, Stonehenge Estates and Penns Crossing, all with Lititz addresses, to Canterbury Place in the city of Lancaster and a wooded acreage in Holtwood. Lititz accounted for three of the week’s closings.
