The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $6.43 million in Fresno-area real estate.

The week’s sales were recorded in Bass Lake, Fresno and Clovis, and their build years run from 1975 to 2023. The list ranges from a lakefront retreat in the Sierra foothills to a gated former model home at Copper River Ranch, an updated Clovis house on nearly half an acre, a country-club property in Fort Washington Country Club Estates and a 2022 Clovis home built with a separate mother-in-law suite.
