These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Knoxville Area (Tennessee) for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they total $9.25 million. Three of the homes are in Knoxville, all in Knox County, and the other two are in Loudon County, one in Sweetwater and one in Loudon.
The group is a mix of settings rather than a single type: suburban homes with pools on wooded and corner lots, a property on the water, and a farm measured in the hundreds of acres. The newest of the five was built in 2007 and the oldest in 1982.
No. 1 — $2,525,000 · 7305 Bellingham Dr, Knoxville, Tennessee

The top sale of the week is a home that its owners have reworked from the staircase to the driveway. The Traditional home at 7305 Bellingham Drive in Knoxville sold for $2,525,000. Built in 2004 of brick and shingle siding, it sits on a private, professionally landscaped 1.12-acre lot on a cul-de-sac, with 5,630 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath, and an attached two-car garage.
The kitchen and living area are open to each other, and the kitchen is organized around two large islands, with high-end appliances and a pantry. The home has three fireplaces, and the limestone surrounds in the main living spaces have been redesigned. In the primary suite, the renovated bath has marble countertops and a marble bench in the shower, and the walk-in closet is oversized. Hardwood now runs up the staircase and along the upstairs hallway.
The finished, walk-out basement is close to a second home in itself. It has a room with a golf simulator, a workout room, an office, a second living area with a kitchenette, and a bedroom and bath of its own. Outdoors, the deck and its fireplace have been completely rebuilt, and there is a large covered porch, a firepit and landscape lighting. A new brick wall lines the driveway. The property last sold for $975,000 in 2019.
The home went under contract four days after it was listed. Hayley Relford of Keller Williams Signature was the listing agent, and Patrick Goswitz of EXP Realty, LLC represented the buyer in the week’s highest-priced sale.

No. 2 — $1,954,673 · 1050 Blue Springs Rd, Sweetwater, Tennessee

At 149.20 acres, the farm at 1050 Blue Springs Road in Sweetwater has by far the most land of the five, and the smallest home. It sold for $1,954,673. The property is a working East Tennessee landscape of rolling pasture, mature timber, an orchard and two ponds, with walking trails through the fields and woods, where deer and wild turkey range. There are views of hills, mountains and water, a gazebo, and a 24-by-40-foot barn built in 2020.
The two-story log home, built in 2007, has a wraparound covered porch. Inside, the great room rises to 20-foot cathedral ceilings framed by heavy exposed timbers, with a wood-burning stone fireplace at its center. Hardwood floors run through the home, and the kitchen pairs solid wood cabinetry with granite counters. The home has 2,266 square feet of living space, two bedrooms and two baths, plus a loft, and the primary bedroom is on the main floor. Downstairs, a lounge in the basement has a hidden, secure storage room. A covered outdoor entertaining area has a fireplace of its own.
For all its seclusion, the farm is about 3.5 miles from Interstate 75, and Sweetwater and Loudon are an easy drive away. The Hiwassee River and Watts Bar Lake are nearby. The property last sold for $1.7 million in 2025. Todd Henon of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent.

It is in Tellico Village, an active adult lakefront community whose residents have golf, fitness centers with pools, a yacht club, hiking trails and pickleball. The home has a private boat dock with a current dock permit, a boathouse and a wide concrete walkway down to the water, and the irrigation system draws from the lake.
Built in 1997 of brick and vinyl siding on a 0.52-acre cul-de-sac lot, the home has 4,993 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and four baths. Each bedroom has its own bath. Two of the bedrooms are primary suites on the first floor, and one of them includes a sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for serious cooking, with Dacor double ovens, a JennAir gas range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator behind custom cabinet panels, along with an oversized island, a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. Crown molding and transom glass over the doorways run through the main rooms.
The lower level is built for guests. A great room there has one of the home’s two fireplaces and a wet bar with a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator, and the two remaining bedrooms and their baths open to a patio beside the lake. The oversized three-car garage has a separate entrance to the basement. The property last sold for $970,000 in 2014.
Deb Santos of BHHS Lakeside Realty and Lucia Findley, also of BHHS Lakeside Realty, were the listing agents. Colin Kropf of Allen Realty represented the buyer.
