A Contemporary home in Milton led the highest-priced home sales reported in the Janesville-Beloit Area, Wisconsin for the week ending November 1, 2026. The five sales came to a combined $2.68 million.
Janesville had two of the five, with the others in Milton, Edgerton and Evansville. Three are two-story homes and two are ranches, and one, in Janesville’s Pine Ridge Estates, is new construction. Century 21 Affiliated agents listed two of the five homes.
No. 1 — $700,000 · 2726 Ohara Dr, Milton, Wisconsin
The home at 2726 Ohara Drive in Milton sold for $700,000, just above its asking price of $699,900. Built in 2002 as a former Parade Home, the two-story Contemporary has walls of 10-inch insulated concrete and in-floor heating throughout. It has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, and 3,728 square feet, the most living area among this week’s five sales.
The great room has a vaulted ceiling and a two-story gas fireplace. The kitchen has been remodeled by Marling Custom Kitchen, with custom cabinetry and professional-grade stainless-steel appliances. The primary suite is on the main floor, with double closets and a remodeled bath with a walk-in shower, while two more bedrooms and a third full bath are upstairs.
The finished lower level has 9-foot ceilings, full-size windows, a combined family and recreation room, the fourth bedroom, a remodeled full bath and a shop area. Outside, the 0.55-acre lot is fully fenced and has a deck and a patio, and the attached garage has room for three cars. The property last sold for $255,000 in 2011.

Downstairs, the finished walk-out level has two more bedrooms and a second living area, where a wet bar and a refrigerator are set up for entertaining. Outside are a deck, a patio and a spacious backyard, and the attached three-car garage is insulated and has high ceilings. The property last sold for $292,800 in 2017.

A major addition in the 1970s expanded both the home and its stone basement, which has walk-out access. The two-story home now has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,126 square feet. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinetry and work space, with quartz countertops. A broad deck looks out over the land toward open country.
A substantial steel-sided barn stands on the property along with another outbuilding, and an insulated two-car garage is attached to the home. The property last sold for $210,000 in 2017.
