These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Jackson Area (Tennessee) for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for $2.33 million. Two of the homes are in Jackson and three are in Medina, where two of them sit in the Graves Crossing North neighborhood.
The group spans more than seven decades of building, from a 1950 home in Lynnwood Estates to a new-construction home finished in 2026. All five are single-family homes, and the group runs from a pair of newer one-story homes to a lakeside build and a pool-centered backyard.
No. 1 — $655,000 · 25 Fields Chase, Jackson, Tennessee

The top sale of the week was a custom brick home in Fields Chase, a gated community in Jackson, which sold for $655,000. Built in 2006 and kept by one owner since, the two-story home has 4,300 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this Top 5, along with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Four of the bedrooms are on the main level, arranged as a split plan, and the same floor has a 17-by-12-foot sunroom. The kitchen is built around an island and a breakfast bar, with double ovens, a separate cooktop, bookcases and a walk-in pantry. A large laundry room has a sink and a wall of cabinets. The great room has a masonry fireplace with gas logs.
The finished lower level has a second full kitchen, a bedroom, a full bath, a large great room with a fireplace and three storage rooms. A 27-by-23-foot workshop on that level has double doors that open to the outside, where the driveway loops around.
The back of the property is set up for time outdoors. The lower level walks out to a covered patio facing a wooded lot and a large koi pond, and the fish can be watched from a screened porch and a covered deck. A pergola stands at the back, and a circle drive serves the front. The property last sold before the current house was built, for $21,000 in 2004.
Tami S. Reid of Hickman Realty Group Inc.-Jack was the listing agent, and Madaline Hudson of Town and Country represented the buyer. The sale was one of two in this Top 5 for Reid, who also handled the No. 4 sale on Brookside Drive in Medina.
