It closed September 1, 2026, for $1.01 million, the highest of five sales that together came to $4.38 million.
The remaining closings were spread across Gurley, Meridianville and a second Madison community, Heritage Hills. Several were new construction sold from a builder’s plan before completion, and both Gurley sales came out of McMullen Cove.
No. 1 — $1,012,500 · 103 Bellawoods Dr, Madison, Alabama
Every bedroom at 103 Bellawoods Dr has its own en-suite bath. The plan, marketed by its builder as The Campbell, runs 4,387 reported square feet with five bedrooms and five full baths, and the sale was recorded September 1, 2026.
