These were the highest-priced home sales reported in Hudson County (New Jersey) for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $6.914 million. Three of the five were in Jersey City, all in its Downtown neighborhood, and two were in Hoboken.
Condominiums made up four of the five sales. The exception was a Hoboken carriage house property sold with plans in hand for a new three-bedroom home, the only sale on the list with more than two bedrooms.
No. 1 — $1,500,000 · 113 Willow Ave Apt 2, Hoboken, New Jersey

The top sale of the week was a condominium in a brick row house building on Willow Avenue in Hoboken, which sold for $1,500,000. It is a small building, just five units, with an elevator, and this two-bedroom, two-bath home of 1,326 square feet sits at the back of it, away from the street.
Its most unusual feature is outdoors. A private patio wraps around the unit, and doors lead out to it from the living room and from both bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, which has its own bath. Inside, the open kitchen is built around an oversized island with seating for four, with a wine fridge and a pantry nearby, and hardwood floors run through the home. A washer and dryer, gated storage and a deeded space in the building’s garage come with it. Hoboken’s waterfront, its restaurants and shops, and both PATH and NJ Transit service are a short walk away.
The property last sold for $915,000 in 2014. This time it went under contract seven days after it was listed and sold just above its asking price. JILL K BIGGS of COLDWELL BANKER REALTY was the listing agent for the week’s highest-priced sale.

No. 4 — $1,350,000 · 537 Court St, Hoboken, New Jersey

The week’s only single-family property was also its least finished. The carriage house property at 537 Court Street in Hoboken, on a cobblestone street, sold for $1,350,000 with architectural plans and permits already in place for a new home on the site. Those plans call for garage parking and a sky deck facing the skyline.
The property is a three-bedroom home with two full baths and a half bath, giving it more bedrooms and bathrooms than any other sale on this list, and it sits on a lot of 749.25 square feet. Restaurants, shops, buses and the PATH are nearby, and the Hudson River waterfront is within walking distance.
