These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Hudson County (New Jersey) for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $11.709 million. Hoboken and Jersey City each had two of the five, and Weehawken had one.
Both Jersey City sales were condominiums in the city’s Waterfront neighborhood, with views across the Hudson River toward Manhattan. COMPASS NEW JERSEY, LLC listed two of the five homes, one in Hoboken and one in Jersey City.
No. 1 — $3,110,000 · 911 Park Ave, Hoboken, New Jersey

The Hoboken row house at 911 Park Avenue sold for $3,110,000, above its asking price of $3 million. The sale capped a renovation that went well past new finishes: the home was stripped back to its original brick and rebuilt.
Some of the old structure was kept on purpose. A curved staircase and its railing were restored, and exposed brick chimney walls run through the living rooms and up into the bedrooms. Many rooms have ceilings of about 10 feet, and the floors are engineered oak. Outside, the brick and stucco front has restored brownstone and bluestone details and custom steel railings.
The kitchen is the center of the main living space. It has a full set of Viking appliances, a pantry, a pot filler and a waterfall island, with gold-veined quartz carried from the counters up onto the backsplash. Marvin sliding glass doors open from the kitchen straight onto the backyard, which was redone with an elevated deck, a paver patio, artificial turf and a second, covered patio tucked under the deck.
The home has four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath on a 1,358-square-foot lot, plus a finished basement. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and a tiled bath with a double vanity, a frameless glass shower with body jets and a skylight, and another skylight brightens the third-floor hallway. The home sits between Wallace and Brandt elementary schools and a few blocks from Hoboken High School.
TREVOR THOMAS of KELLER WILLIAMS CITY LIFE REALTY was the listing agent for the top sale of the week, which closed $110,000 above the asking price.

It is a block from Columbus Park, and the 9th Street Light Rail Station and an express bus to New York City are both two blocks away.
A tiled vestibule leads into an open main floor. A sunken living room has a turret that works as a sitting or play area, and a breakfast nook has a built-in bench. The kitchen has inset cabinetry, quartz counters and backsplash, a center island, an integrated 36-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf range. The powder room on that floor is finished in marble hex tile.
The primary suite is upstairs and has a turret of its own, along with a walk-in closet and a bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Of the two other bedrooms, the middle one has a bay window with a bench and the front one has two closets; they share a bath with a tub.
