The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $5.50 million and landed in five communities across four municipalities: Manderley in Oak Ridge, Emerywood in High Point, Irving Park in Greensboro, North Ridge in Stokesdale and Twelve Oaks, also in Oak Ridge, which turns up at both ends of the ranking.
