The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Grand Rapids metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, stretched from Kalamazoo County through Kent County to the Ottawa County lakeshore. Together the five sold for $11.23 million.
Four of the five are one-story homes, and the same agent was on both sides of three of the sales. Holland accounted for two of the five, with Hickory Corners, East Grand Rapids and Grand Rapids contributing one each.
No. 1 — $4,543,660 · 3052 Oakdale Ave, Hickory Corners, Michigan

Built in 1950 and finished in brick and vinyl siding, the home has 4,735 square feet on a single level. All five bedrooms are on the main floor, along with three full baths and a half bath. Gull Lake is an all-sports lake, used for boating, sailing and swimming. The private Gull Lake Country Club offers dining, racquet sports and an 18-hole course that does not use tee times. Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport is about 20 minutes away, and Chicago and Detroit are each roughly two and a half hours by road. The property also comes with a one-sixth ownership share in a vacant lot that can serve as extra parking.
