The group ranges from a three-story home in a Lake Lanier boating community to homes on lots of more than two acres and an in-town home from the late 1960s. Two of the sales came in at the same price, $500,000, sharing third place.

The top sale of the week was 6627 Westerly Lane in Marina Bay, a Lake Lanier community in Gainesville, which sold for $1,370,000. The home comes with a deeded boat slip at the community marina, a short golf-cart trip from the home, and residents share a pool, a clubhouse and courts for tennis and pickleball.
Built in 2007 on a private 0.42-acre lot on a cul-de-sac, the home draws on Cape Cod, Craftsman and traditional design, with an exterior of stone and cedar shake. At 5,738 square feet across three stories, it is the largest of the five homes. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half, and the owner’s suite is on the main level. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two full baths and a study area for homework.
The sunroom is the room that sets the tone, with a stone fireplace and tall windows that take in sunset views over a wooded backyard. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with its own counters for small appliances, and it sits alongside a pocket office and a large mudroom. The finished daylight lower level is built for gatherings: it has two more stone fireplaces, five in all for the home, along with a custom bourbon bar fitted with a safe, and it opens to a covered patio and a hot tub. Outside, several patios, landscape lighting and woods give the lot its privacy, and a whole-house generator backs up the home. The property last sold for $420,000 in 2011.

Brick wraps three sides of the home, with HardiePlank across the back.
