The five closings combined for $3.57 million in reported northeast Indiana real estate.

The sales span Shadow Creek, Tullymore Run, Buckles and Whisper Rock, recorded in Huntertown, Leo, Fort Wayne and Columbia City. Build years run from 1999 to 2024, and the group takes in new construction, a riverfront property on 3.44 acres above the St. Joseph River and a ranch home with frontage on Loon Lake.
