These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Florence & Darlington Area, South Carolina for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $2.55 million. Four of the five homes are in Florence and one is in Hartsville, with three in Florence County and two in Darlington County.
The group spans more than eight decades of building, from a home completed in 1942 to two new-construction homes built this year, with a pair of mid-1990s family homes in between. All five are single-family homes, and in two of the sales the same agent was on both sides.
