The five highest-priced home sales reported in Citrus County, Florida for the week ending October 25, 2026 came from five different towns: Inglis, Floral City, Inverness, Beverly Hills and Dunnellon. Together they totaled $4.44 million.
Every one of the five is a single-family home on acreage, from 2.09 acres in an equestrian community to 33.67 acres of pasture and oaks. The group spans more than six decades of building, from a home built in 1960 to one built in 2025.
No. 1 — $1,246,000 · 11772 N River Sound Path, Inglis, Florida

The top sale of the week is an A-frame on the lower Withlacoochee River in Caribee Shores, in Inglis, which sold for $1,246,000. Its 4.36 acres are made up of two adjoining waterfront parcels with more than 600 feet along the river between them. The second parcel, about 2.13 acres, has roughly 200 feet of riverfront of its own. Boaters can follow the river from here through Inglis and Yankeetown toward the Gulf, and the property has no homeowners association.
The home was built in 1987 and has grown considerably since. A 2018 project enlarged its footprint, added an elevator and remodeled the kitchen, and a new primary suite was added in 2023. The home stands elevated, with Hardie board siding and Trex decking edged in stainless-steel cable railings. Inside, vaulted ceilings of heart pine tongue-and-groove give the rooms the feel of a lodge, and the open kitchen has granite counters and custom cabinetry. The primary suite looks out over the river and has a sitting nook, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs, a loft bedroom has its own renovated bath. In all, the home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, an office and 2,141 square feet of living space. The property last sold for $320,300 in 2004.
Much of the property’s life is on the water. There is a recently renovated private dock 110 feet long, a 20-foot floating dock, a remote-controlled boat lift rated for 10,000 pounds and a private gravel boat launch. A screened porch stands on the waterfront apart from the home, and the grounds also include a boathouse, a greenhouse and a shed.
Jennifer Boyette of Coastal Properties Group Inter was the listing agent for the week’s top sale, and the home went under contract 19 days after it was listed.

The rest of the acreage has been cleared to open up views of large oaks, a two-acre pond and a saltwater pool in a screen enclosure.
The one-story home was built in 1978 and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,167 square feet. It has since been updated, with granite in the kitchen and both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, new tile and a new oversized deck. No. 4 — $750,900 · 4750 W Mohawk Dr, Beverly Hills, Florida

A one-story ranch home on 2.09 acres in Pine Ridge, an equestrian community in Beverly Hills, sold for $750,900, and it sold furnished. The furnishings carry a Southwestern and equestrian theme, many of the pieces were custom made by Amish craftsmen, and the sale took in everything down to the dishes, sheets and towels.
Built in 2015, the stone-and-stucco home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,450 square feet, with travertine floors and tray ceilings of 12 and 10 feet. The kitchen has granite counters, wood cabinets, a five-burner gas range and an island with a sink, and it opens to the great room, the dining room and a study with a stone gas fireplace. The primary suite has two walk-in closets, two vanities and a large tile shower, and the guest bath has a walk-in tub. A tree-lined driveway leads to the home and its oversized three-car garage, and a Generac generator serves the whole home.
The screened pool is built as a grotto with a beach entry and a waterfall, and it has a swim-out spa. Around it are a lanai and an extended paver deck with a fire pit. The listing also points to an equestrian center with stables, miles of riding trails and a community center with pickleball, a dog park and a playground. The property last sold for $475,000 in 2017.
Listed by Stephanie Price of Waybright Real Estate, Inc., the home went under contract six days after it came on the market and sold just above its asking price of $749,900.

No. 5 — $640,000 · 6185 W Riverbend Rd, Dunnellon, Florida

The oldest and smallest home among the five, built in 1960 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 960 square feet, sold for $640,000 in River Bend, in Dunnellon. The draw here is the land and the water: three acres on Lake Rousseau, made up of four contiguous lots with about 320 feet of shoreline. The property has two private docks and a boathouse, and the grounds include large oaks. From the property, boaters can get out onto the lake and the Withlacoochee River.
According to the listing, the county’s land development office has said in writing that as many as four additional accessory dwelling units could be allowed on the property, a point left for the buyer to confirm. The property last sold for $260,000 in 2020.
Sheryl Potts of LPT Realty, LLC was the listing agent, and Alan Ivory of RE/MAX Realty One represented the buyer.
