Completed in 2008, the custom house at 7218 Wellsley Manor Way in The Villas Of Wesley Park sold for $2.47 million on September 8, 2026, the highest price reported in the Knoxville metro area that week. The four-bedroom home has a reported 4,901 square feet and sits on an oversize lot that overlooks the mountains to the south.
