Set on a quiet lane off Diamond Head Road, 218 Kaalawai Pl led a week in which the five highest-priced reported home sales in the Urban Honolulu metro area totaled $32.12 million.

The five sales span Diamond Head, Kakaako, Lanikai, Ala Moana and Anchorage. Alongside the Diamond Head beachfront home, the list holds a Victoria Place condominium built in 2024, a 2014 residence at One Ala Moana, a 1932 house in Kailua and a renovated 1980 home on the marina in Anchorage. Compass held the listings on both the No. 4 and No. 5 sales.

Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms and a reported 5,578 square feet. The property previously changed hands for $7,500,000 in 2004.
