The 2010 house on Bellaria Circle, set on nearly 1.5 acres with a pool, a home theater and a sauna, was one of five Orlando metro area home sales that together totaled $10.90 million for the week of September 7 through 13, 2026.

The five sales span Bellaria, Kelso on Lake Butler, Winter Garden, Reunion and Orlando. Windermere addresses hold the No. 1 and No. 2 spots, the No. 2 and No. 3 homes both sit on lakefront lots, and build years range from 1992 to 2016. The No. 4 sale in Reunion closed above its final asking price, and the No. 5 home, in the Dr. Phillips area, went under contract one day after the current listing date.

No. 1 — $2,825,000 · 13431 Bellaria Circle, Windermere, Florida
