Des Moines, Iowa Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Johnston Home Sells for $1.65 Million

The 2015 residence at 6211 Enclave Cir sits on a .759-acre wooded lot and hides an indoor basketball court in its walkout lower level. It went under contract 8 days after the current listing date, and the five reported sales that made this week’s Des Moines metro list totaled $7.09 million.

The week’s sales span Johnston, Linden Heights, West Des Moines, Southwestern Hills and Urbandale, and their build years run from 1948 to 2025. Iowa Realty Mills Crossing and RE/MAX Concepts each held the listing side of two of this week’s five highest-priced reported sales.

Wood beams and custom stone accents run through the interior.
