Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Grande Dunes Custom Mediterranean Tops the Week at $1.52 Million

A custom Mediterranean house overlooking a fountain pond in the Grande Dunes community sold for $1.52 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina metro area for the week of August 10 through August 16, 2026. The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $5.75 million.

The five sales are spread across Grande Dunes – Palermo, Tilghman Estates, Myrtle Beach, The Bluffs On The Waterway and Seaside Plantation, with addresses in both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The homes were built between 1970 and 2021, and every one of them is tied to the water in some way, whether a pond, a lake, the Intracoastal Waterway or a short walk to the Atlantic.

No. 1 — $1,525,000 · 1548 Malaga Circle, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
