The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $5.75 million.
The five sales are spread across Grande Dunes – Palermo, Tilghman Estates, Myrtle Beach, The Bluffs On The Waterway and Seaside Plantation, with addresses in both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The homes were built between 1970 and 2021, and every one of them is tied to the water in some way, whether a pond, a lake, the Intracoastal Waterway or a short walk to the Atlantic.
No. 1 — $1,525,000 · 1548 Malaga Circle, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
A custom Mediterranean residence completed in 2021 at 1548 Malaga Circle sold for $1,525,000 on August 11, 2026, the week’s highest-priced reported sale in the Myrtle Beach metro area.
