A 2002 home on a 1.389-acre lot in Grand Ledge’s Crane Meadow neighborhood sold for $800,000, the highest-priced of five home sales reported in the Lansing, Michigan metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. Together, the five closings totaled $2.97 million.

The week’s sales reached Grand Ledge, East Lansing, Okemos, Saint Johns and DeWitt, in neighborhoods including Crane Meadow, Greens at Walnut Hills, Hidden Valley and Lakeside Preserve. The homes were built between 1986 and 2004, and every one has a finished lower level. Acreage, in-ground pools, deeded recreational land and private lake access all appear on the list.
