A 1999 French Country house with elevated views of the Susquehanna River in Lemoyne sold for $1.55 million, the highest-priced home sale reported in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026.

The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $4.91 million and span Lemoyne, The Preserve, Peninsula, Millfording Highlands and Derry Township. Mechanicsburg accounts for a pair of the closings, and the others were recorded in Lemoyne, Enola and Hershey.

The houses behind them were built in 1989, 1999, 2007, 2008 and 2021, and they run from a Garman-built home in Silver Spring Township to a Hershey residence rebuilt from the inside out. Rsr, Realtors, LLC held the listing side of the week’s two highest-priced reported sales.
