An oceanfront estate completed in 2024 on Ponte Vedra Boulevard sold for $16.5 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Jacksonville, Florida metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $35.93 million.

The five sales span Ponte Vedra Beach, The Harbour at Marsh Landing, Atlantic Beach, Biera Mar and Pablo Creek Reserve, and the houses behind them were built between 1916 and 2024. Waterfront settings run through the group, from direct Atlantic frontage to Intracoastal and gated-community water views.
