A renovated 1990 house on Hopewell Road in Cincinnati sold for $2.75 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Cincinnati, Ohio metro area for the week of August 10 through August 16, 2026. The five leading home sales RealtyWire tracked across the metro area that week combined for $10.31 million.

More than one of the week’s closings carries a Cincinnati address, and the list also reaches Country Squire Estates in Villa Hills, Kentucky, and the Country Creek community in Lebanon, Ohio, carrying the week’s Cincinnati real estate record across the state line. Build years run from 1984 to 2023, and custom builders are named on several of the houses.
